Senior Project Manager
This position is responsible for customer satisfaction. The internal function is to secure and manage project cost, schedule and performance in conformance with company policies and goals. The Senior Project Manager presents superior technical expertise to the customer and may assume operational management responsibilities in a Vice President's absence.

Assistant Project Manager
This position is responsible for supporting all phases of the construction project under the direction of a Project Manager or Project Executive. The internal function is to secure and manage project's cost, schedule and performance in conformance with company policies and goals.

Project Engineer
The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in all phases of the project.

Field Supervision
Superintendent
This position is responsible for the construction, erection or development of the site or facility. Responsible for maintaining care, custody and control of the project, including, but not limited to laying out the project for general trades as well as subcontractors.

Foreman
This position is responsible for the construction, erection or development of the site or facility. Responsible for maintaining care, custody and control of the project, including, but not limited to laying out the project for general trades as well as subcontractors. May play lead role on those projects where a Superintendent has not been assigned.

Assistant Foreman
This position is responsible for directing and leading construction erection, installation and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wall board, metal and concrete using transit, carpentry tools and power equipment.

This position is responsible for customer satisfaction and for managing the sales and marketing functions for the business. The internal function is to deliver pre-construction projects as assigned. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.

Business Development Coordinator
Responsible for supporting strategic sales action programs, and for developing and implementing an effective marketing program for the division. Assists in developing sales and marketing data that ensures Wohlsen Construction Company's maximum exposure to new business prospects. Provides administrative and clerical support as necessary to division.

Performs routine tasks with no supervision and organizes and develops reports, memos, correspondence and departmental systems with general directions. Field Crafts/Trades
Master Carpenter
This position is responsible for constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard, metal and concrete using carpentry tools and power tools.

Carpenter Helper
Builds rough wooden structures, such as concrete forms, blocking and framing according to sketches, blueprints or oral instructions. Studies specifications to determine dimension of structure.

Laborer
Performs a variety of tasks involving use of hands and tools such as building, demolition, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete and attaching insulation materials.

CORPORATE SUPPORT

Accounting/Finance
Project Accounting Manager
Performs all project accounting activities to insure timely and accurate information, compliance with contract terms, and compliance with company accounting and administrative policies. Oversees any field accounting activities and provides support to project and operating management. Evaluates project accounting processes, systems, and procedures.

Staff Accountant
Performs general and project accounting activities to insure timely and accurate information, in compliance with contract terms, company accounting and administrative policies. Reports to Accounting Manager, but provides support to other finance and project team members.

A/P Specialist
Performs various accounting and accounts payable tasks, including daily processing and postings, weekly check processing, monthly and yearly closings and reporting. Verifies mathematical accuracy, and codes job cost and general ledger invoices.

Payroll Manager
Maintains accurate Company payroll system including proper tax rates, multi-state activities, and project accounting rate calculations. Processes timely and accurate payroll, tax and related withholding administration and tax reporting. Prepares accurate and timely year-end information including coordination of activities with the Information System Department.

Payroll Specialist
Assist Payroll Manager in maintaining multi-state Company payroll system including proper taxation, labor distribution and reporting. Process timely and accurate field payroll. Prepares accurate and timely year end information. Prepares Maryland and Pennsylvania state certified payroll reports.

Contract Administration
Contract Administrator
Assists in the analysis and preparation of bid packages, contracts and subcontracts. Coordinates and obtains all necessary documents and advises management on requirements and risk management issues. Provides continued contract and subcontract administrative support and monitors compliance with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits Manager
Provides support in Human Resources and Payroll. May assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policy and procedure and their dissemination. Prepares reports in conformance with company requirements.

System Support Analyst
Provides support in the Information Systems & Technologies Department. Assists in monitoring and maintaining computer hardware and software. Provides local area network and wide area network maintenance and support. Configures and installs personal computer hardware, software and peripherals. Provides technical hardware and software support to local and remote users.

Safety Assurance Specialist
Provide site safety inspections. Work with Special Projects Group on work acquisition. Conduct inventory control on job sites. Provide other office duty support as needed. This position reports to the Director of Risk Management.
